The IWGSC will host two workshops and one open business meeting at the annual Plant and Animal Genome conference in San Diego in January 2011.

The International Wheat Genome Sequencing Consortium held three meetings during January 2010 in conjunction with the XVIII Plant and Animal Genome Conference in San Diego, California. All meetings were held at the Town and Country conference center.

The IWGSC workshop at the Plant and Animal Genome XVII Conference from 8:00 am – 10:10 am in the Town & Country room at the Town and Country Convention Center, San Diego.

The ninth IWGSC business meeting was held at Town and Country Convention Center, San Diego.

27 August 2008, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm: the IWGSC coordinating committee hel an evening meeting during the International Wheat Genetics Symposium at the Brisbane Convention Center, Brisbane, Qld, Australia.

24 August 2008, 9:00 am to 11:30 am: the eighth IWGSC business meeting was held in conjunction with the International Wheat Genetics Symposium at the Brisbane Convention Center in Brisbane, Qld, Australia (http://www.fcconventions.com.au/IWGS/).

The seventh IWGSC business meeting was held at 3:35 p.m. in Pacific Salons 4 & 5 of the Town and Country Convention Center, San Diego. The business meeting was held in conjunction with the Plant and Animal Genome XVI Conference.

IWGSC business meeting was held at 11:00 a.m. at the Gai Beach Resort Spa Hotel in Tiberias, Israel. The sixth business meeting of the IWGSC was held in conjunction with the Aaronsohn-International Triticeae Mapping Initiative (ITMI) Conference. IWGSC business meeting was held in the Towne Room at the Town & Country Convention Center in San Diego, California. The fifth business meeting of the IWGSC was held in conjunction with the Plant and Animal Genome (PAG) XV Conference in San Diego, California.
