IWGSC Workshops and meetings scheduled for PAG
The IWGSC will host two workshops and one open business meeting at the annual Plant and Animal Genome conference in San Diego in January 2011.
The IWGSC will host two workshops and one open business meeting at the Plant and Animal Genome XIX Conference in January 2011 in San Diego (http://www.intl-pag.org/). The primary IWGSC workshop, organized by co-chair Bikram Gill and executive director Eversole, will be held on Saturday, 15 January, from 8:00 am to 10:10 am in the Town & Country room. The second workshop, scheduled for Tuesday, 18 January, from 1:30-6:00 pm in the Sunrise room, will be the IWGSC Physical Mapping and Sequencing Standards and Protocols workshop, organized by co-chair Catherine Feuillet and executive director Eversole.
The annual IWGSC business meeting will be held on Saturday, 15 January, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm, in Pacific Salon 4 & 5. The business meeting is open to all interested persons and will be led by executive director Eversole and the IWGSC co-chairs.
