Abstract
A physical map for the long arm of bread wheat chromosome 3D was constructed from fluorescent high information content (HICF) fingerprints of a 3DL BAC library (see CNRGV page ) . The fingerprint data were assembled with LTC. 621 contigs were produced from 55780 HICF fingerprints and a minimal tile path of 6252 BACs defined for sequencing.
