Abstract
A physical map for the wheat chromosome arm 3DS was constructed from fluorescent high information content (HICF) fingerprints of a 3DS BAC library (see CNRGV page ). Fingerpints from 27,880 BACs were assembled with FPC into 657 contigs covering approximately 82% of 3DS.
