Project funding
Roche-454 survey sequencing was supported through grants from the President of the Russian federation, Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) and the Russian Academy of Sciences. Illumina sequencing was supported as an INRA-RFBR collaborative project.
Abstract
Flow sorted DNA from a T. aestivum Chinese Spring double ditelosomic 5B line and a deletion line iso5BL was used to generate 39,695 Roche 454 sequence reads for 5BS (0.03x coverage) and 110,973 reads for 5BL (0.05x coverage). The data enabled analysis of repeat families and genes syntenic with other grass genomes.
Data accession
Sequence reads have been submitted to the NCBI Sequence Read Archive; accession numbers SRR1107726 (5BS) and SRR1107725 (5BL).
