Organization

The IWGSCis led by six co-chairs, an executive director, and the coordinating committee.

The six co-chairs are R. Appels (Australia), J. Dvorak (USA), C. Feuillet (France), B. Gill (USA), B. Keller (Switzerland), Y. Ogihara (Japan) and K. Eversole (USA) serves as the executive director.

The Coordinating Committee is responsible for:

• Coordinating activities within the IWGSCand pertinent outside genome efforts
• Allocating responsibilities/tasks to IWGSCmembers
• Assessing and reporting on progress, and
• Monitoring data release activities
